Air filters for metalworking, paint shops, welding, sandblasting, cement, asphalt bases, oil mists, and countless other applications.

Our products employ quite a range of materials depending on their intended use, all meeting prescribed standards and tailored to special requirements. The materials used are produced from several types of base fibers – cellulose, polyester, polypropylene, fiberglass, aramid, etc.

Each of these has its own grammage, different degree of filtration, air flow, and properties like (non)-flammability, water/oil repellency, and more.

We can also provide multilayer, composite materials, with both high flow and a high degree of filtration at very low air resistance.

All our filters are tailored to our clients’ needs. We can produce filters up to 750 mm wide and 2200 mm long. Our products evolve in step with technologies that optimize filter operation and ensure that the entirety of the filter surface is used – this includes Pleat-Lock, Melt-Lock, MiniPleat, Multi-Layer pleating, CorePack, among other cutting-edge methods.

• Filter cartridges (bayonet, threaded, panel, cylindrical, and more)
  Pleated filters are used in most industrial dust filtration systems. They need a high level of air flow, a large surface area, and maximum efficiency.
  We make filter cartridges of all shapes, sizes, and functions. This includes round with various attachment methods (threaded, bayonet with 3 or 4 screws, central thread, Twist&Fix, etc.), oval filters, pleated filter bags, panel filters, and other standard designs. For other uses we are happy to custom design the right filter for you. Our range also includes filters for the majority of leading dedusting units: Gostol TST, Donaldson, Nederman, Esta, Handte, Coral, Plymovent, WAM, Teka, Hascon, Tama, GGE, Absolent, Camfil, and more.
  Our filters are also customized based on your cleaning systems – Pulse-Jet with compressed air or rotating nozzle.
• Filter bags
  We make industrial-strength filter bags for dust removal. These can be shaped as sleeves, plates, with metal spring rings for mounting, with a felt or string gasket, etc.
• Absolute HEPA filters
  These are used as a backup filter if the primary filter cartridge is damaged, preventing harmful emissions and pollution. These can be shaped as cassettes or V-bank panels.
